Strategia was founded in 2003 with aim of providing: Training, Studies, Consulting and Quality Short Courses Programs, at higher education level, in Information Technology (IT) and Management.

Strategia is a pioneer Saudi company in providing IT Training and solutions for improving the productivity of the business environment, Strategia was founded in 2003 with a paid-up capital of $200,000 as a limited liability company within the Mohammed Al-Zara. The operation of Strategia is carried out by highly qualified professionals in the fields of marketing, sales, and servicing of IT and Managements consulting, currently Strategia is staffed with 9 employees 2 of those are Engineers, highly educated and highly experienced IT professionals and two of them are a Doctorate degree in Management.

Our Staff
STRATEGIA has grown over the past three years to consist of 7 full time employees in the KSA, including management, consultants, assistants, technical staff; and another 5 full time employees in its Jordan base sister company.

The STRATEGIA Service offers a rich blend of technical and management expertise. Our senior members have over 15 years of experience in the Technical and Management, with multiple of industrial areas.

تتوجه إدارة ستراتيجيا للتدريب والتطوير والاستشارات ببرامجها التدريبية المتخصصة إلى الشباب السعودي بشكل خاص والمواطن الخليجي والعربي بشكل عام سعياً منها لبناء شخصيته حتى يتهيأ لدخول الألفية الثالثة وهو مزود بالمهارات، والمعارف، والنظم القادرة على جعله بذهنية واعية تتواكب ثورة المعرفة التي فرضت نفسها في هذا العصر محركاً جديدًا للتنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية والعلمية في العالم. أسست ستراتيجيا للتدريب إدارة التدريب الهادف في مختلف المجالات الإدارية والعلمية وتطوير النظم، وإدارة التدريب المتخصص المهني وإدارة الدراسات والاستشارات ووضعت لكل إدارة هدف ومن أهم أهدافها:

تسعى إدارة التدريب الهادف إلى أثراء الحوار البناء والهادف في مختلف المجالات الإدارية والعلمية وتطوير النظم للمؤسسات العامة والخاصة، وتقديم خدمات المعلومات العلمية والتقنية وتفعيل التعاون التكنلوجي مع المؤسسات العربية والعالمية ومن أبرز الأنشطة:

·        تنظيم البرامج التدريبية في كافة المجالات الإدارية والهندسية وبرامج الحاسب الآلي  وتكنلوجيا المعلومات.

·        الإسهام في وضع خطط ومواصفات وطنية في مجال تدريب وتأهيل الموارد البشرية.

·    التركيز على نشر الوعي الحاسوبي الذي أصبح متطلباً أساسياً لنجاح الأعمال وعنوان التقدم للمؤسسات والأفراد وذلك من خلال توفير البنية التحتية المتطورة والبيئة المثالية للتدريب والتجهيزات الحديثة والمدربين الأكفاء.

تعمل إدارة ستراتيجيا للتدريب المتخصص المهني جاهدة لتحقيق مجمـوعة من الأهداف التي من أهمها:

·    تأهيل الشباب السعودي بالطاقات والإمكانيات العلمية والثقافية المتاحة بـ ستراتيجيا للتدريب لإثراء قدراتهم والارتقاء بمستواهم العملي والفكري الإبداعي بما يحقق لهم التنمية الذاتية.

·    توفير التجهيزات العلمية والفنية والتقنية الحديثة والمتخصصة والكوادر التدريبية المبدعة ونقلها بالأسلوب الأمثل إلى شرائح المجتمع المعنية.

·    تلبية احتياجات فئات المجتمع المختلفة من الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل والمحاضرات العلمية على نحو يحقق التطور والنمو ويرفع من كفاءة إنتاجها.

·        الاستفادة من الطاقات والقدرات والكوادر المبدعة من خلال مظلة ستراتيجيا للتدريب.
